机构简介
天津大学建筑设计规划研究总院由创建于1952年的天津大学建筑设计研究院与天津大学城市规划设计研究院组合而成，是国家重点大学中第一家总院设计机构。依托天津大学的人才优势、学科优势和技术优势，凭借严谨的工作作风和良好的服务意识，天大设计总院以“科研强院、文化大院、世界知名高水平设计机构”为企业发展目标，持续推进“品牌战略、创新战略、区域战略和蓝海战略”四大发展战略，全面贯彻“全院经营、全员服务、全过程管理”的企业经营理念，实施“精细化管理、下沉式管理”的企业管理模式，营造“快乐工作、健康生活”的企业文化，近年来取得了骄人的企业业绩。2012年被中国建筑学会评为“当代中国建筑设计百家名院”。
天大设计总院目前共有员工780余人，其中120余人拥有国家一级注册建筑师、一级注册结构师和城市规划师等注册资格，有300余人拥有硕士博士学位。专业配套齐全，人员素质较高，总院在教育和科研建筑、风景园林及旅游规划设计、城市综合体及大型医院建筑，体育建筑设计和各类城市规划、古建筑修缮保护规划、深基坑支护以及建设项目策划和可行性研究等方面都有不同凡响的建树。近年来完成的各类公共建筑设计、城市规划设计项目，在国内外各类设计竞赛及大型项目投标中屡获殊荣，受到项目委托单位的高度好评。
天大设计总院拥有建筑设计、城市规划、工程咨询、古建筑修缮和文物保护规划、旅游规划、风景园林设计等九项***甲级资质，仅2013年在省部级及行业优秀设计评选中天大设计总院就获得了105个奖项。
天大设计总院坚持以“习学观世，承古抱今”作为凝练企业创新动力和企业文化精神的核心基础，关注社会责任、关注行业担当。作为2008年天津市首批获批的“高新技术服务企业”，天大设计总院每年投入设计产值的3%用于科技研发，相继成立了绿色建筑与生态城市研究中心、钢结构设计研究中心、健康服务医疗设计中心、文化产业与空间设计研究中心、风景园林与旅游规划研究中心等多个科研设计创新部门，创新实力与发展动力十足。
天大设计总院以“发展大市场，合作大甲方，抓好大项目”作为切入点，不断拓展新的业务领域，陆续在各地成立了“东北设计机构”、“华南设计机构”、“西南设计机构”和“海南设计中心”、“齐齐哈尔设计中心”等十余个设计中心。这些机构与中心的成立不仅为项目拓展及服务水平的提升创造了较好的条件，同时也将成为天津大学的设计协同创新基地、校友活动基地和新技术转移中心、高端培训中心。

AATUiscurrentlyatotalofmorethan780employees,ofwhichmorethan120peoplehaveNational1stclassregisteredarchitect,aclassregisteredarchitectsandurbanplannersregistration,therearemorethan300peoplehavemaster'sanddoctoraldegrees.Acompletesetofprofessionalandhigherqualityofpersonnel,Instituteineducationandscientificresearchbuilding,landscapeandtourismplanninganddesign,urbancomplexandlargehospitalbuilding,sportsarchitecturaldesignandurbanplanning,ancientbuildingsrepairprotectionplanning,deepfoundationpitsupportandconstructionprojectplanningandfeasibilitystudiesandotheraspectshaveextraordinaryachievements.Inrecentyearstocompleteallpublicbuildingdesign,urbanplanninganddesignprojects,inthedomesticandforeignvariousdesigncompetitionsandlarge-scaleprojectbiddingintheaward-winning,byprojectcommissionedunitsarehighlypraised.
